1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by nu-agent. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

nu-agent is an AI-powered assistant platform that integrates with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and similar workspaces to support workflows such as meeting preparation, email summarization and task management.

3. Account and Security

You may need to create an account in order to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any of the following purposes:

• Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Distributing malware, spam or malicious content
• Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or disrupting its operation

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features may be subject to fees. Your subscription plans, renewal terms and termination provisions are described on the pricing page or in the commercial agreement we have with you.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the nu-agent platform, including software, design, trademarks and content, belong to nu-agent or its licensors.

Your use of the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights; you only receive a limited license to use the service as described in the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nu-agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we nevertheless strive to maintain it with reasonable care.

8. Termination

nu-agent may suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice in case of violations of these Terms or in the presence of security risks. You may also terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law specified in the applicable agreement. We will first seek to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations; otherwise they will be referred to the competent courts.

10. Changes

nu-agent may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will seek to inform users before material changes take effect. The most current version will always be published on this page.
